We currently have over twenty crews that service our clients 24 hours a day seven days a week. All are crews are made up of qualified and experienced traffic controllers and site supervisors who have the Select & Modify RTA qualifications to make changes to the traffic management as required and in an emergency situation. MIKE WANGMANN- CEO

Starting the business from a security background, Mike has seen his small business grow into the industry leader of today. With over 10 years experience in the industry covering all facets of traffic management he is able to guide the business in the right direction, giving all our clients the confidence of being able to get the job done safety and on time.

Office Manager

John started with the company at the start of 2008. With over 10 years experience of managing small to medium size business’ John ensures that all aspects of the business are in order. John’s main focus is on liaising with clients and authorities such as the RTA and local councils. John also
ensures that all our staff have the most up to date qualifications and that Dolphin are operating within all the guidelines of the industry with are changing constantly. This allows our clients the confidence that all crews offer the most professional service possible.

Operations Coordinator

James started with Dolphin in 2001 as a traffic controller. James was one of twelve staff than, now he ensures that the one hundred strong staff offer the same service now as they did back then. James is one of the most important assets of the company, with his years of on the job experience James
not only knows what the client wants but also how to deliver it. In 2004 James’ talent was seen to make sure that the service delivered by Dolphin was best practice. James has built strong relationships with all our clients from management to road crews and with the respect from our staff, offers our clients peace of mind that anyone coming into contact with any of our jobs sites are safe.

Service Coordinator

Kevin started with Dolphin in 2004 as a traffic controller, with his experience at other traffic control companies and strong work ethics he became a site supervisor. With experience in warehouse and workshop management it quickly became apparent that he could be an asset to the business in
service delivery. In 2007 Kevin moved into the Service Coordinator role and is responsible of the scheduling of work and organizing of staff to provide over twenty crews a day to a number of clients. With an understanding of our clients’ needs and great communication skills Kevin makes sure that all services are delivered professionally.
